Position: IT Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations across our offices: network, users, devices, and systems. You'll be the go-to person who keeps everyone connected and productive.

*Job Description: -

Network & Internet

* Manage and maintain the office network (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewall).

* Act as the main contact with internet service providers: monitor uptime, renewals, and escalate outages.

CCTV & Security Systems

* Maintain surveillance cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring screens.

* Manage the fingerprint attendance devices and software, including updates and data sync.

Devices & End-User Support

* Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, and photocopiers.

* Prepare and hand over laptops, mobile phones, and SIM lines to new hires, and collect them on exit.

* Keep an up-to-date IT asset inventory (devices, lines, licenses, assignments).

* Provide first-line technical support and track issues until resolved.

-Email & Accounts

* Create, manage, and deactivate company email accounts (Microsoft 365 / Outlook).

* Resolve Outlook and email issues, manage mailboxes, and handle data exports/backups.

- Systems & Vendors

* Maintain the company website and internal e-learning platform (content uploads, recorded sessions).

* Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs and follow up on SLAs.

* Apply backups, updates, antivirus, and basic security best practices.

*Job Requirements: -

* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of experience in IT support / system administration.

* Solid knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, firewalls).

* Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and attendance devices.

* Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows (Linux is a plus).

* Experience with Microsoft 365 / Outlook administration.

* Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

* Able to prioritize and handle multiple requests.

Nice to Have

* CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

* Familiarity with ITIL practices (ticketing, prioritization).

* Basic website management (WordPress or similar).

-Capture Triple M’s factory, manufacturing processes, equipment, products, and work sites professionally.

4- Social Media Content

-Shoot high-quality footage for Reels and Short-Form Social Media Content.

5-Visual Storytelling

6- Footage Management

Job Requirements: -

1-3–5 years of practical experience in Video Shooting & Content Creation.

2- Experience in shooting Reels & Social Media Content.

3- Experience in shooting Corporate Videos.

4- Experience in shooting or producing Documentary Films.

5- Proficiency in shooting with Mobile Phones & Digital Cameras, preferably Sony A7 Series.

6- Proficiency in using the DJI Ronin Gimbal is required.

7- Good understanding of Lighting, Framing, Camera Angles & Camera Movement.

8- Ability to execute indoor shoots according to the approved Script & Brief.
