Data Deletion Instructions

Triple M for Electrical and Electronic Contracting operates a Facebook Page and a Meta application named Triple M Odoo Social. The application receives Messenger conversations and Instant Form submissions from our own Pages and stores them as sales enquiries in our own Odoo system at triplemco.com. This data is not sold, rented or transferred to any other company.

What we hold

Your name, phone number, email address, company name and job title where you provided them; the content of your Messenger conversation with us; and the answers of any Instant Form you submitted through one of our advertisements.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@triplemco.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the name and the phone number or email address you used when you contacted us, so that we can locate your record.
3. We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We delete every item listed above. We keep only the records that Egyptian law obliges us to retain — for example invoices already issued — and nothing beyond that.

Revoking access yourself

You can remove this application's access to your Facebook account at any time: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Triple M Odoo Social → Remove. Removing access stops any future data from reaching us; to delete what we already hold, please email us as described above.
